Multiple Participation is Allowed, However (Nobody is allowed to bowl Singles Event, more than once)! (No 2 bowlers may bowl together twice for doubles)! (2 bowlers must be different for Team Event)!
Must bowl Singles with first Doubles Event.

Cost: $20 per bowler per event + $5 All Events (optional)
Entry Fee Breakdown: $11.00 – Prize Fund $7.75 – Lineage $0.75 – Tournament Expense $ .50 – Youth Scholarship Fund $20.00		Prize Fund returned 100% Make Checks payable to: Yuma USBC
Entry Deadline is 13 January, 2012
Early Bird Deadline 31 December, 2011 (in order to be eligible for Early Bird drawing)

Handicap will be 90% of the difference between entrants average and (200 for Singles), (400 for Doubles) and (800 for Team).
