Multiple Participation is Allowed, However (Nobody is allowed to bowl Singles Event, more than once)! (No 2 bowlers may bowl together twice for doubles)!
Must bowl Singles with first Doubles Event.

Cost: $20 per bowler per event + $5 All Events (optional)
Entry Fee Breakdown: $11.00 – Prize Fund $7.50 – Lineage $1.00 – Tournament Expense $ .50 – Youth Scholarship Fund $20.00		Prize Fund returned 100% Make Checks payable to: Yuma USBC
Entry Deadline is 15 January, 2011
